Would you like to help people impacted by the criminal justice system find jobs faster?

Honest Jobs has developed an interactive survey that allows us to study how criminal conviction records are evaluated by HR professionals and hiring managers. This data will be used to help guide formerly incarcerated job seekers towards opportunities for which they have a high likelihood of successful employment.

 

As a study participant, you will be asked to complete self-paced sessions in which you will be provided with the persona of a justice-involved job seeker and asked to determine how compatible the job seeker’s unique criminal conviction record is with a variety of potential job descriptions in your industry of expertise.

 

You can complete as few or as many sessions as you wish. You can leave and return at another time to complete more sessions. The more sessions you complete, the more impact your responses will have on the lives of job seekers.

Your responses should reflect your own opinions and experiences and will be kept completely anonymous. Your response will only be used in aggregate and will never be attributed to you or your employer.
